Construction project from scratch of a single-family house with three suites.

The great challenges of this plot are to be narrow and short, with only two fronts (east/west) and to have adjacent houses whose architectural language is quite diverse, in time and styles.

We opted for a simple, contemporary language that respects the surroundings but creates space for your identity.
