Phases of the turnkey project

Briefing/raising
We analyze your idea, consider the available budget, do a survey of the architectural plan, as well as a photographic survey, in order to be able to have a diagnosis of the place and project in question.

Pre-study/3D images
According to the intended objectives, we make a proposal that meets your expectations. Using architectural plans, three-dimensional model, 3D images and moodboards with colors, textures, materials and environments, so that the final idea is perceptible.

Detailed Budgeting
After stabilizing the solution, we move on to budgeting all materials and work to be supplied and executed for the realization of the project as presented.

Detailed design
Realization of all the necessary drawings so that the project is fully fulfilled.

Work
We schedule the start of the work with a work schedule based on all the specialties inherent to the project in question. It is our job to coordinate the different specialties as well as to supervise, to ensure that the work is in accordance with the project and that the initial schedule and budget is met.
