Comprehensive reformulation of a 3+1 bedroom apartment into a 4 bedroom apartment with a suite.
The intention was to update the apartment and make it more functional. From a T3 + 1 bedroom integrated in the kitchen area with two shared toilets, we transformed it into a T4 with a suite and a larger toilet, common to the three bedrooms.

In addition to the spatial reorganization, we updated all materials, carpentry, kitchen and laundry.
We got from an old and dark apartment a contemporary and light place to live.
